Hi Jim,

The website committee met and ok'd the 3 items we discussed.  I will notify
the vendor to do the work. So. to create a PayPal account,

1.	Provide your email address, create a password, then fill out your
personal information. ...
2.	Confirm your email and phone number. This lets us know you are the
rightful owner of the account. ...
3.	Link a credit, debit, or bank account.
