Sure, I just spent some time on the phone with them.  They say that a CPanel
backup link was generated and sent on Saturday, July 21 to jfleming at nd.gov,
but she says she can resend that.  It's not a big deal though even if we
don't get the link because HostGator has that stored on their servers.


Also, I learned important information.  HostGator provides 2 different kinds
of backups - (1) CPanel and (2) Website.  The website backup is the one that
we want/need.


  1.  Looks like we haven't had a website backup since Feb 2017 (see
attached screenshot).  The tech support specialist I spoke saw the issues I
was having with taking a website backup and she's seeing the same issues on
her end, so she's putting in a ticket for us (Case ID 06587920) and hopes to
resolve it in the next 24 hours.  The correspondences should be with
jfleming at nd.gov.
  2.  I asked her if she could manually do an another entire CPanel backup
in the meantime just in case.  This is a last resort for us because it would
be cumbersome and would cost additional money if we chose to restore from
the CPanel backup, but it's good that we have it just in case until the
website backup issue is sorted.
