For Friday: 
A question went out to the listserv with the title "Question regarding authority to suspend." The attached response is from someone other than a director. Is there a way to remind users that only they can respond to listserv email? If it's basically the same people sending the emails, maybe ask that they include a message reminding users only members of the listserv are able to respond to listserv questions?
