Hi John,
We had our board call yesterday and a number of items were approved.  Below is this list I have so far:

·         Add security certificate to site. $100.

o   In addition, if Hostgator charges more than a couple of bucks a month please let me know in advance.  (We have the ‘Hatchling’ plan so this might require an upgrade.)

·         Fix ANS plugin to fix photo upload.  $100.

·         Fix Committee webpage clone feature to re-enable short code on cloned pages.  $200.

·         Annual maintenance, $1500, to include:

o   Monthly backup of main site and dev sites

o   Security patches when issued by software authors.  Ensure that all existing features work after patch.

o   Provide occasional consultation if needed.

·         When any work is done the Website Committee will notify the Treasurer, currently Jim Fleming, who will send you the payments. Before any work is done it should be ok’d by the Website Committee by email.
