 seattleHello fellow directors!

It’s official, the link for the hotel is ready and you can start booking your lodging for the 2017 NCCSD Annual Conference to be held in

Seattle, Washington on May 7 – 10.

We are lucky enough to have the beautiful Edgewater, downtown Seattle’s only waterfront hotel.  I have secured a nightly rate of $167 (plus an amenity fee and taxes) – this is the federal per diem rate for Seattle in May. These are beautiful rooms with a city view. There are also a handful of rooms with a water view for $199/night (plus the amenity fee and taxes).  There will be a small number of rooms available on Saturday evening, May 6, for those that will be arriving early.  I would urge you to reserve the rooms early if you plan to attend and no later than April 6 to get the group rate.  Call 800-624-0670 and mention “National Council of Child Support Directors” to secure the reduced rate or go to:

For purposes of planning travel, please be advised that the Annual IV-D Directors meeting will be held on Sunday,

May 7 beginning around noon (agenda not yet set).

Please feel free to contact me at any time with questions, ideas, or concerns. Looking forward to an exciting year!

Wally McClure, NCCSD President

About us:  NCCSD was established to provide a forum for State IV-D Child Support directors to discuss common problems and solutions associated with program administration, interstate and international cooperation, federal-state-local relations, and other matters as deemed important.  The NCCSD also provides a structured medium for communicating with federal agencies the views, opinions and consensus of the Council on selected issues, and for maintaining a continuing dialogue with federal agencies on matters of concern or interest to the Council.
