Charge: In a discussion with OCSE regarding comments that were received from states on the Renewal of the Paper Reduction Act, they indicated that several states commented that although the self-assessment process yielded useful and valuable information, there was room for improvement in how the self-assessment is done, such as the optional sections were not of much value, improvements were needed in the portal, and the process could be more efficient.
